After over a decade of research with single struts designs, the One v2 brings the simplicity and key performance benefits of the Ultra into an amazing Freeride kite perfect for those progressing in the sport.
The One has been designed around a lower aspect ratio platform, resulting in a more plug & play, low end feel through the bar with positive feedback.
The One v2 features a minimalized V2.2 Bridle. The bridle system provides support to the slightly larger leading edge to increase the stability, and wind range of the Delta Hybrid design. The Bridle also keeps steering tension at all times, ideal for entry level and intermediate users requiring full control while riding completely depowered.
Over a decade of single strut development has built our knowledge of what these types of kite can do. At first, this design was synonymous with foiling and lightwind riding but we have been able to expand the performance to meet everyday riders need.
We broke down all the key necessities that new riders are looking for in a kite. Simple, stable, easy, and intuitive is what we focused on while developing the One v2.
The single strut in conjunction with a larger leading edge and swept tips increase the relaunching capabilities of the kite, especially in light wind conditions.
Forgiving at the bar and light in the air, the One has a huge wind range, ideal for lightwind freeride conditions and fast progression on a twintip and foil.
The key to its fun and ease of use is the low aspect ratio, rounded wingtip and deep cord to handle gustier and unpredictable conditions.
By reducing the material used on the One V2, we are able to focus on reinforcing the kite in key strategic areas making it robust for all kiteboarding disciplines.
For the V2, we have introduced the Techno Force D2 canopy material into the range. This premium fabric is designed with a high-density structure using high tenacity double-coated polyester yarn in a double ripstop configuration. The double coating protects the yarn as much as possible from UV and abrasion damage. This ensures the canopy remains as crisp and responsive for as long as possible.
The stable and predictable nature of the kite, along with extra reinforced perimeter, makes the Airush One V2 ideal for riders at any level.

The versatility of the One is hard to beat. It’s great for those light wind days on the foil or twintip in the bigger sizes thanks to its 1 strut design, yet it retains its easy to ride and playful characteristics even when the wind gets stronger

The team put the kite into a few different situations; waves, jumps and even a few crashes. We were pleasantly surprised with how well this kite did EVERYTHING! Great relaunch, solid drift, and confidently responsive to our inputs! https://www.iksurfmag.com/reviews/kites/airush-one-v2-9m-2022/
