Valentin Hoenderop –
The Lift V3 is my weapon of choice for Big Air. The kite is very responsive and has great lift just like the name indicates ;). I use this kite for everything related to big air, from big boosts to double loops. I recommend this kite to anyone who wants to have a exponential progression in big air.
Alessa Mensch –
The Lift is the main reason why I went for the big change in my career! – Changing brands. Although Big Air has pretty much taken over my style of riding, I am a very passionate Kitesurfer and love to play with the elements and have fun. What really convinced me is that Airush designed the Lift specifically for Big Air and yet it performs well across all other twintip disciplines. Excellent looping performance, direct steering and lots of boost and Hangttime combined. Now, all I ever need is one Kite in different sizes.
Mike Birt –
The Lift V3´s stability gives you access to far higher winds and confidence – for me that leads to bigger numbers. Handling is exceptional – trusting, solid. Amen”
Jason Van Der Spuy –
The fixed bridles, direct steering and massive hangtime combined with really good looping and climbing ability make the Lift my ideal, and honestly, my dream kite.
Clayton Bush –
For a kite thats not designed purely for height, In 25 knots the 9m sure does boost well and have the float to follow through for nice soft landings for my 80kg weight. Turn initation on standard line length has a slight delay which I found very forgiving during messed up moves you can recover very easily. Once you full commit to a turn, it whips through the air climbing back up fasty with that ‘Lift’ stuff, no overflying and well balanced.
The stability and speed will also suit most riders who may like a bit of everything and just want to have fun the easy way, thats me 🙂
Bar pressure is at the lower end of medium, my elbows really dont like heavy bar pressure anymore – so another tick in the box there.
Looks wise – the plane shop picture colour of the blue leading edge does not do this kite justice – it’s a darker shade and looks fantastic with the yellow blend, strut colour and graphics..
The Blank kite test Pros rating for this kite is spot on – good stuff.
