WETSUITS FAQ’S

Can I try on the wetsuits before purchasing?

We are an online only shop. Even though we are based in Perth, we do not have a physical store. All items, including wetsuits, must be purchased online without the possibility to try them on. We understand this is not ideal for you, but this is how our business operates. Keep in mind that not having a physical store is what allows us to offer these very low prices.

How do I know if I’m buying the correct size?

⚠️ Not sure about sizing? Use our calculator below instead of relying on the manufacturer sizing chart alone. This tool was custom-built by KiteBud using real customer data and provides the most accurate fit recommendation.

If you wish for us to review the fit with you, just enter your name and email after selecting the correct numbers and we’ll get back to you.

Where can I pick up my order from?

Local pickup can be arranged after your online purchase by appointment only from the Balcatta or Hamersley area during business hours only. If it’s a long drive for you or if you live away from Perth, we suggest you take advantage of our free shipping option which will save you time and money.

Are the wetsuits in stock?

Our website stock displays real-time availability of all our products. If you see something is listed as IN STOCK, it means we have it in stock and it’s physically here in Perth in our Warehouse ready for immediate dispatch. We will not be re-stocking any of the wetsuits. If you do not see the model/size/color you want in stock, we unfortunately can’t get it.

How quickly can I get my wetsuit?

We are often able to offer same day or next day pickups for online orders, provided it’s during business hours. We also post online orders daily from Monday to Friday.

Are the wetsuits new?

Yes, all wetsuits we sell are brand-new with tags. All items are sold with a GST tax invoice.

Can I return or exchange the Wetsuit?

All wetsuits are sold at heavily discounted prices. As such, they are considered clearance and final sale items. As per our website terms and conditions, clearance items cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged or transformed into store credit.
